show your IYC colours



The International Year of Co-operatives is all about increasing our visibility, and showing off who we are and what a significant role we play in Canada and throughout the world. A key way to increase visibility is by putting the IYC logo on display: often and everywhere.

We are proud to be working with The Flag Shop to offer a wide range of IYC2012 products. Products are available in stock or custom (co-branded) selections and with either the English IYC2012 logo or the French IYC2012 logo.

IYC Tote Bags made Vancouver-based Common Thread Co-operative.

Common Thread Co-operative provides flexible work to people who otherwise have barriers to employment. The Co-op gives members a chance to develop their sewing skills, build confidence and participate in their communities. The Common Thread sewing facilities are provided by The Flag Shop.

The bags are made using recycled street banners.
