CCA/CCCM Congress & AGM

On June 27-29, 2012, over 250 co-operators from across Canada gathered in Montreal for Co-operative Enterprises Build a Better World/Les coopératives, des entreprises pour un monde meilleur, a joint Congress of the Canadian Co-operative Association (CCA) and the Conseil canadien de la coopération et de la mutualité (CCCM). The 2012 Congress was held in co-operation with the Conseil québécois de la coopération et de la mutualité.

Highlights of the Congress included co-op tours, a live webcast of the event, a joint reception at Montreal City Hall with the Co-operative Research and Education Conference, a panel on the perception of co-ops among Canadians, a plenary session on Building the co-operative legacy, a gala dinner and awards ceremony, and annual general meetings of CCA and CCCM.
