Canada 2012 live

The Canadian Co-operative Association and the Conseil canadien de la coopération et de la mutualité invited Canadians and the world to celebrate the Canadian launch of the 2012 International Year of Co-operatives with a live internet broadcast from Ottawa on January 12, 2012. Attendance online far exceeded our expectations and it caused a temporary shut down of www.canada2012.coop. The launch was a great success, with tons of participation on Twitter from those viewing the event.
